Zachary's is located in Fulneck, Pudsey and is owned and managed by Zachary and his wife, Diane. The restaurant was acquired eight years ago and, since then, the décor has changed considerably to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. As it is a listed building, the building itself cannot be altered. we are great belivers in fresh prouduce and keep the middle man out and deal face to face with our suppliers and get the best of every thing. And have a tale behind most things. We offten get asked why we do this job, long hours lost of social life ect. firstly this is not a job but a passion, and we meet some great people at Zacharys we love what we are doing and hope to be doing it for a long time yet.
Originally Fulneck was a trading post for the settlers who came to England from Czechoslovakia in 1744 and, as such, is steeped with history and intrigue. Fulneck is a beautiful and serene area which sports Pudsey's best kept secret: - Zachary's at Fulneck.
Zachary himself was trained at the Devonshire Arms at Bolton Abbey and has gained a wealth of experience over the years. He prides himself on using ingredients of the highest quality from local sources.
Diane, Zachary's wife, is the restaurant manager; then we have Abbie our waitresses and Nathan, who started with us 2008 as our kitchen porter is now zac's assiatant and he is doing really well and we are very proud to have him as part of our team. so we had to replace Nathan and our eldest son Jamie who has taken his place in the kitchen as the kitchen porter and he is doing great.Together we strive to bring you an exquisite dining experience that you will love, and food that you can't get enough of, and a night you will never forget. Also Diane and Zac are looking forward to there new addition to the family due on may the 1st. so you may see Jenny, zacs mum helping out over the next few months. Thank you Jenny, we would also like to wish all our customer all the best for 2012. Diane and Zac
